Ena's Top 5 Guilty Pleasures,

1) Dairy & Gluten: I recently decided to cut dairy and gluten out of my diet because of a skin condition. But I love love love ice cream, cheese, baked goods, pizza, pasta… basically anything and everything with dairy and gluten. LoL.
2) Scary Movies: I really don’t indulge in this guilty pleasure often. Although I do enjoy watching scary movies, I totally end up regretting it afterwards because I have an overactive imagination and freak myself out for a week.
3) Makeup Videos on YouTube: I don’t know why, but I’ve recently started watching makeup tutorials on YouTube. It’s kind of crazy, how much time and money these girls spend on cosmetics. At the same time though, something about the process and end result is kind of fascinating. I remember being a little girl, watching closely as my Mom and older cousins applied their makeup. I guess it’s the same sort of appeal.
4) In & Out/Chick-fil-a: I never eat fast food, but In & Out and Chick-fil-a are two fast food places I can’t resist! They are both right near my house and are easy (and affordable) options for nights when I’m too lazy to cook.
5) Catchy/Popular Music with No Real Substance: Self explanatory, I think.

The "boys" at Vertishop stayed up until 2:30am to surprise our director with the christmas gift from the all the employees: CHRISTMAS TREE!

Our director's FAVORITE holiday is Christmas. It almost put him into tears when we surprised him in the morning!

Movie: Away We Go

I just watched Away We Go over the weekend and it was so so beautiful. I absolutely love whimsical/thoughtful/quirky movies like this that explore the beauty and pain of the human condition, the everyday struggle of finding our way in the world...

My Christmas List

Some of funny "inventions" by Japanese...I really want these for Christmas! Anybody traveling to Japan this month? If you do, please send these items to Vertishop office! :)

1) Face Slimmer:

"The face slimmer mask is worn on your face and squashes your face by pressure. Also it acts as a sauna which makes you sweat more and loose weight from your cheeks."

I definately need to make my face small...uh-huh!

2) Nap Helmet

I can totally use this in my little cubicle. I'll put up a sign "Don't bother me, I'm sleeping!" I just have to hope that my boss doesn't walk by me while I'm sleeping...hm..

3) Personal Karaoke

"If you have a terrible singing voice and still want to do karaoke then you need one of these. It is a personal soundproof microphone which allows you to sing away with out disturbing those around you. The ear phones included pick up your singing from the mic and allow you to hear your terrible voice."

All my co-workers would LOVE me once I purchase this. Only if you guys were here to listen to my beautiful singing voice...sigh.
